You'll have the scope and price in writing before any work starts. How it's structured, e.g. a build fee and a monthly running fee. The discovery call is free.
How long until it's running?
An honest range for a first module.
How much of my time does it take?
One call, the audit, reviewing the demo, signing off.
What if it gets something wrong?
Emails stay drafts until you send them. On the phone it hands over to a person when it can't help. For law firms it takes the intake, never gives legal advice.
Does it pretend to be human?
To be confirmed.
Will it work with what we already use?
Where your systems allow it, yes. We confirm what connects during the audit.
Who owns it if we stop?
