Disclosure gap analysis
Reads a large document production and reports exactly what's missing against the other side's own list.
§00 LAW FIRMS · COMMERCIAL & INSOLVENCY
Zivah reads your disclosures, bank records and pleadings, checks them against the other side's version of events, and hands back an analysis where every claim links to the exact document and page it came from. Your solicitors make every call.
Used on real litigation work for the past twelve months
Bank statements for March–April are listed in the other side's list of documents but were not produced.

WORTH ASKING FIRST
What's missing from the other side's production?
Zivah reads it and reports exactly what's missing, against their own list of documents.
What in this pile contradicts what?
Point it at a big production and get back a findings index, every finding tied to its source page.
Does that judgment actually say what it's claimed to say?
It finds the legislation or judgment, then checks it exists and says what it's claimed to say.
Where does our data go?
Routed by how sensitive it is. We tell you where each kind runs, and what the contract guarantees.
Who makes the call?
Your solicitors. Zivah finds and verifies the source. It never applies the law to the facts.
§01 THE PROBLEM, STATED PLAINLY
Every commercial and insolvency matter comes with the same job: read a stack of paper, cross-check it against the other side's version of events, and build a picture the firm can act on. Right now that's a paralegal, or a solicitor working below their rate. It's slow and repetitive, and it's easy to get wrong.
Find what's there, what's missing, and what contradicts what.
The rule or case that bears on a question, with a link you can check.
Every fact traced to the page it came from.
§02 WHAT IT DOES · RUNNING TODAY VS. NEXT
What's running today, and what's on the bench next. We'd rather tell you which is which than blur the two.
Reads a large document production and reports exactly what's missing against the other side's own list.
Point it at a big production and get back a findings index: what's in it, and what contradicts what.
Finds the legislation or judgment that bears on a question and checks that it exists and says what it's claimed to say.
Builds the costs schedule from the time ledger, with no dependency on your own systems.
Checks every citation and quoted fact in a document before it leaves the building, so nothing invented reaches a court filing.
Works out preference payments and running-account claims straight off the bank records and ledger.
We can also build these around your firm: after-hours enquiry handling, plain-English client updates, automatic document chasing, cost-estimate early warnings, searchable closed-matter history, and first drafts of routine letters and court forms.
§03 WHERE THE LINE SITS
Zivah finds and verifies the primary source underneath a decision. It never applies the law to the facts or tells a fee-earner what to do. That's research, not advice, and the instructing solicitor reviews everything and stays responsible for it, as with any outsourced paralegal or costs consultant.
§04 PRIVACY & SECURITY · ANSWERED BEFORE ANY FEATURE
It's the first question every firm asks, and we treat it as part of the product. Work is routed by how sensitive it is. We tell you where each kind runs and what the contract guarantees, and we don't dress any of it up.
Runs under a commercial AI contract that bars the provider from training on your content and treats it as a processor only. Data is deleted within 30 days of leaving, and the provider is independently audited and commits to notifying breaches within 48 hours.
Worth knowing: processing isn't guaranteed to happen in Australia. If you need that, your matter goes to lane 03.
Privileged content only goes to AI endpoints that have declared Zero Data Retention: it's processed, then discarded, and nothing is stored. The model quality is the same as lane 01.
Worth knowing: this is our own minimum standard. The law doesn't require it, and we won't tell you it does.
For your most sensitive material, or a client who insists: a dedicated instance where no outside AI company ever touches the request. We tell you where it's hosted before you agree to it.
Worth knowing: it runs open models rather than the lane 01 model. We'll tell you plainly what that changes for your matter.
Around every lane
No statute or Law Society rule names a specific technology. QLS Guidance Statement No. 37 and the Privacy Act's APP 11 set a reasonable steps test that scales with how sensitive the material is. GS37 is clear that a respected brand isn't enough on its own:
Reliance on the assumption that a respected brand will not act unlawfully is therefore insufficient.
So we don't ask you to trust a logo. We tell you in writing what was checked, where each kind of work runs, and what protects it.
We don't display certification badges we haven't earned. What we say, we can show.
§05 HOW IT WORKS
No new software for your staff to learn, and nothing to connect to your practice-management system.
Disclosure, bank records, pleadings: whatever the matter needs read.
Routed by sensitivity, cross-checked, with every claim tied to its source page.
Source-linked and ready for a solicitor to review and decide on.
We start with your own work. We show you what we found in plain English, walk through where this could help, and then you choose where to start.
§06 WHERE IT WORKS
Insolvency and commercial law is the same in Brisbane, Sydney or Perth. What differs between states is court procedure: the forms, the rules, the court website. So far everything has been proven against Queensland's. Supporting another state means teaching it that state's procedure, not starting again.
Priced by firm size. Not per seat or per matter, and measured against what the same legwork costs a firm today.
We'll show you how a document production becomes a checked, source-linked report. Then we can talk about where it would help your firm.
Zivah provides document analysis and research support to law firms. It is not a law practice and does not give legal advice.
